During the session, several customer/citizen centric matters are shared, along with advisory, insights and ideas on how to build a BPM journey.
At the end, from theory to practice, there is an overview on how process automation tools can help process improvement. Sequence iBPMS is used to illustrate a live automation of a simple expense approval process in just under 30 minutes.
